ExplodingFreeze posted list of all distinct collage’s from which teams registered for ICPC Amritapuri online round . In that list, I noticed that some teams registered from old name of their institution (for ex: instead of Punjab Engineering collage , 2 teams registered under PEC univ of technology ) would they be considered different Institution’s or Organizers have some different criteria for institution to be considered different ?
