Have you checked the spam folder? Sometimes it is marked as spam.

first of all thanks for replying 
Ya i checked there is a mail from icpc in my spam folder in which it is written that our coach has put me in a team and stuff like
so my question to you is like should i consider by this mail that my team is successfully registered or should i supposed to get another mail regarding the same?
You can login to ICPC site and see your team status. If its asking for some details fill them, ask your teammates also to check the same. If no information asked, check if the status is pending, wait for sometime. If its accepted, all good!
