Hey @aasim3101, we don’t have any idea about it. Codedrills had wrapped up all ICPC related things quite back. Last task for us was to share final ranklist which Amrita has also published here: ICPC Asia Amritapuri Site | World's Largest ICPC Site.
Regarding T-shirts please mail Amrita. Only they know.

Please tell when would the regional participants get their T-Shirts.
